Dilute bleach as a treatment for superficial pyoderma

A recent report in Veterinary Dermatology highlighted the efficacy of dilute sodium hypochlorite against infections after only 3-5 minutes of contact time. This echoes the recent interest in dilute bleach in the treatment and prevention of superficial infections in human patients.
